This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs only this website’s shipping policy.

Marius Holdings Corporation (“Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”) reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without notice, and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon its posting on this website.

Processing Time

Orders made on this website are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next following business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

The Company uses third party courier providers (“Parcel Carriers”) to perform order deliveries. By confirming your order, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information, transmitted to the Parcel Carriers.

Delivery times are only estimates. Please note that delivery times may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct and complete delivery address at the time of your purchase.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment cost.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the items and the shipping method selected.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrived with damages, please immediately contact us.

 

Storage

For items’s items fully paid, the Company, at the request of the Customer, may hold the same free of charge for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase after which the amount of One Hundred Pesos (Php. 100.00) per day shall be charged to the Customer as penalty for storage.
