Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the Company offers an exchange policy.
You may exchange the product you purchased within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at casiosales@mariusholdings.com. In such cases, the Customer, in addition to any shipping costs associated with the exchange, agrees to pay 2% of the invoice amount.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Warranty
All Casio calculators purchased from this website come with a manufacturer’s warranty card.
During the warranty period, if the product you purchased develops any defects or malfunctions due to manufacturing or material fault, the Company shall undertake to repair or replace the product free of charge.
Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs.
